  • 1 pound raw peanuts, in shells

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
    • Arrange peanuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and place in the preheated oven.
    • Turn the oven off. Leave peanuts in the oven for 1 hour without opening the door. Serve warm or at room temperature.
