Ingredients

- •2 ripe mangoes
- •2 cups natural yogurt
- •20 ice cubes
- •½ cup milk
- •½ cup water
- •1 tablespoon brown sugar
- •1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- •1 pinch saffron, to serve
Instructions
- Remove the skin and cores of the mangoes and add the flesh to a blender.
- Add in all the ingredients apart from saffron. Blend till smooth.
- Serve with a pinch of saffron.
