  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 20 ice cubes
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch saffron, to serve

Instructions

  • Remove the skin and cores of the mangoes and add the flesh to a blender.
  • Add in all the ingredients apart from saffron. Blend till smooth.
  • Serve with a pinch of saffron.
  • Enjoy!
