- •12 ounces imitation crabmeat
- •1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and green pepper in hot butter until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in crabmeat; saute for 3 minutes more.
- Transfer crabmeat mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined. Serve warm or cold.
