  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 ounces imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and green pepper in hot butter until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in crabmeat; saute for 3 minutes more.
  • Transfer crabmeat mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined. Serve warm or cold.
