  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • ½ cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons whipped butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and place into a large bowl.
  • Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add Asiago cheese, milk, butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; whisk until combined.
