- •4 salmon steaks, caramelized
- •1 onion, chopped
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •½ cup passata
- •1 teaspoon black garlic purée
- •1 cup coconut cream
- •½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- •½ teaspoon chili powder
- •1 teaspoon cumin powder
- •salt, to taste
Instructions
- For the sauce, add the oil to a hot pan and sauté the onion till soft.
- Then, add the coconut cream, Passata, and the spices and allow it to simmer.
- Top salmon steaks with sauce and serve hot with rice.
