  • 4 salmon steaks, caramelized
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup passata
  • 1 teaspoon black garlic purée
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • For the sauce, add the oil to a hot pan and sauté the onion till soft.
  • Then, add the coconut cream, Passata, and the spices and allow it to simmer.
  • Top salmon steaks with sauce and serve hot with rice.
