Ingredients

  • olive oil, as needed
  • 6 oz skinless salmon fillet
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add the salmon fillet to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the bottom two-thirds of the fillet are opaque, then flip the fish and cook until done to your liking, 2-4 minutes longer.
  • Serve the salmon garnished with lemon and thyme.
  • Enjoy!
