- •1 lemon, sliced
- •fresh thyme, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add the salmon fillet to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the bottom two-thirds of the fillet are opaque, then flip the fish and cook until done to your liking, 2-4 minutes longer.
- Serve the salmon garnished with lemon and thyme.
