  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste

Instructions

  • Combine watermelon, avocado, onion, lemon juice, habanero pepper, parsley, and salt together in a bowl; refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes.
