- •3 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- •½ green bell pepper, chopped
- •½ cup salsa
- •⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- •¼ cup lime juice
- •1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (Optional)
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon garlic powder
- •½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- •¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- •¼ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Mix black beans, garbanzo beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, salsa, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, and onion powder together in a bowl.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
