- •3 cups peeled, cored and cubed apples
- •1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Stir together oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Sift together flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean, about 70 minutes.
