- •4 cups shredded green cabbage
- •2 medium carrots, shredded
Instructions
- Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, pepper, salt, and hot sauce together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.
- Mix cabbage and carrots together in a large salad bowl. Pour vinaigrette over top and toss until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
