  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded

Instructions

  • Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, pepper, salt, and hot sauce together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.
  • Mix cabbage and carrots together in a large salad bowl. Pour vinaigrette over top and toss until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
