  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour, milk and soy sauce; cook, stirring, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
