- •1 cup chopped walnuts
- •½ cup dark chocolate chunks (Optional)
- •¾ cup white sugar
- •1 teaspoon baking powder
- •½ teaspoon baking soda
- •½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine bananas, eggs, canola oil, and cinnamon in a bread machine; add flour, walnuts, chocolate, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
- Follow manufacturer's instructions for 'quick bread' setting.
