- •water to cover
Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add potatoes and bouillon; pour in just enough water to cover potatoes. Cover saucepan, reduce heat to low, and simmer until potatoes are tender and water has been absorbed, about 30 minutes.
