Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ lb flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt, pinch

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together until a runny batter is formed.
  • Pour about ½ a cup of batter onto a hot pan and cook for around 30 seconds on each side.
  • Top with sugar, lemon, and desired toppings.
  • Serve.
