Instructions
- Spay a microwave-safe coffee mug with nonstick spray. Add eggs, water, Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until evenly combined.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Fluff with a fork to combine and cook for 30 seconds more.
