- •¼ cup maple syrup
- •4 apples, peeled, cored, cut into ½-inch (1-cm) pieces
- •3 cups water
- •3 cups milk, or milk alternative
- •chopped nut, to serve
Instructions
- Add steel-cut oats, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, apples, water, and milk to a greased slow cooker.
- Stir then cover.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Carefully remove lid and serve with chopped nuts.
